The Teacup Pig!

I’m a big fan of The Lavender Hour podcast with Duncan Trussell and Natasha Leggero and you should be too. If you already are then you’ll know who this little guy is:
“Always Sunny” Bobbleheads!
Posted by rauschelbach in Cool, My Work on July 21st, 2011
They’re finally available! I helped Beeline Creative create these bobbleheads for the show “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.” It’s the best comedy on TV right now and one of my favorites of all time, so I’m really glad to finally see them. They even look better in person.
The link to the FX store, where you can actually pre-order them is right here.
These are the sculpts:
These are my illustrations:
Bob Chinn’s World Famous “Mai Tai”
Posted by rauschelbach in My Work on June 15th, 2011
This is a really fun packaging and container project I got to work on with the fine people over at Bob Chinn’s Beverages. I created the illustration based on their famous Mai Tai tiki cups used at their restaurants. I got a sample of the packaging, so hopefully it will be in a store near you any time.

I got to help out with a new College Humor short last week and the video is already up. I designed the posters in the background based on all the movie titles, turned out pretty funny:

Caprica/Battlestar Galactica
Posted by rauschelbach in My Work on August 22nd, 2010
Finally a new post. Got to do some work for Beeline Creative recently and helped design the new collectibles for the SyFy show Caprica. This is the “evolution” of the Cylon:
The good thing is they’ve been turned into actual collectibles that can be bought at the NBC store: link here.

Hopefully they’ll be some more figures/collectibles/bobble-heads in the future, stay tuned.
12 Films in 12 Months
Posted by rauschelbach in Cool on March 16th, 2010
Since I haven’t posted any new illustrations in a while (many have to stay under wraps for now), I thought I’d post a link to a new year-long video project Brad Helmink and I are embarking on. Our goal is to make 12 short films this year, one every month. So far we’re two films down, and are planning out the short for March. Follow along on our Youtube page, and tell us what you think.
Waterpark Theming
Posted by rauschelbach in Cool, My Work on January 7th, 2010
I’ve added some new stuff to the Gallery that I wanted to share. It’s been a few years since I’ve done some Waterpark Theming Illustrations, but it used to be all I did. Follow this link to the Gallery and look for the images at the bottom of the page.
I’ll also be adding some pictures of the structures that were actually built as well. Look for those soon.

My good friends Brad and Melissa just had a new baby boy a few weeks ago. I wanted to say congratulations and welcome to Oliver’s new little brother Gus!
College Humor and Transylmania
Posted by rauschelbach in Cool, My Work on November 10th, 2009
I got to work with CollegeHumor.com recently and it looks like it just got posted. Here’s the link: http://www.collegehumor.com/codexeroticon
These are some of the images from the post. It’s part of a promotion for a movie called Transylmania. I guess it’s a cross between the college/gross-out genre and Dracula movies. These images are suppose to recreate some ancient book on the rules of partying and debauchery.
Doritos Spec

Here’s something fun and different. This is a spec Brad Helmink and I made for the Doritos: Crash the Super Bowl contest.
More Del Taco, this time with Ducks!
Posted by rauschelbach in Cool, My Work, Uncategorized on October 19th, 2009
I was able to help out again with a Del Taco sponsorship campaign. This time they’re sponsoring the Anaheim Ducks. They need coupons, programs, signage and LED animations to promote the Del Taco: Bold Sponsor of the Penalty Kill. Here’s a taste of some of the work I got to do:
First an LED animation that will be played on the overhead scoreboard. Click to play the Flash animation:
This is another part of the promotion, displayed as and LED animation above the end zone scoreboards:
This is the exit animation:
And finally, here is a different promotion that will be displayed on the LED rings that surround the inside of the stadium. Again, click on the image to play the animation:
As for the print side, these are what helped create for the coupon and program ad you’ll see if you stop by the Honda Center:
Stop by the Del Taco website to check out the promotion and get yourself a free taco.
PS. I got to work with the great silverECHO on this project.
